Life Calibrations is a family owned group therapy practice based out of Sacramento, CA. Originally from the Sacramento Area we now serve clients from anywhere in California via Telehealth.
Life Calibrations was born out of the idea that anyone at any time in their life can utilize therapy services. Anyone gets to make the choice to reach out and benefit from having someone support, guide, and encourage them through the challenging parts of life.

Our Philosophy
You are in charge of your therapy. You decide when to start, when to stop. We offer recommendations and guidance and you tell us what is helping and what is not helping. We are here to come along side you and your family on your own terms.
