Mindful Movement
This four session therapeutic groups are is for kids age 7-18 years and is for any kid who would like to learn more about how to use mindfulness as a tool for everyday stress. Participants learn hands on techniques and strategies that they can take and continue to use at home or school.
Art and SOUL
I have teamed up with a local artist for this four session therapeutic group. Art and Soul is for adults of any age who desire to engage in self exploration. This group uses art and the power of connection and community to create a time of soul healing. No artistic experience necessary!
Nurtured Heart Approach Basics
During this one day 6 hour workshop you will learn all the basics you need to begin implementing the Nurtured Heart Approach in your home, classroom, or work setting. This workshop is open for all adult participants and is focused on how the approach supports more connection, positive relationships, and self regulation skills for the children in your life.

I will be hosting the California Clinical Society Work Society Sacramento/Davis chapter meeting in the new office space for the first training of 2019!

Law and Ethics Workshop
Sacramento, CA
Presented by the California Clinical Society Work Society at City Hall Building Rancho Cordova. Myles Montgomery, Sacramento State Professor will be presenting on relevant law and ethicial delemmas facing licensed professionals.
